I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?

It can take up to two hours for your confirmation email to arrive. Please also check your spam folder.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

To ensure fast processing, orders are sent to our warehouse immediately. Once an order is paid and processed, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.

If your order has already been shipped, we recommend refusing the package upon delivery. Once it is returned to our warehouse, we will process your refund.
