We want you to love your purchase — but if it’s not quite right, that’s okay.
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags still attached.
To initiate a return, please visit our contact page and provide your name, email address, order number, and a short explanation for the return.
Please note: Return shipping costs are not covered by Lost And Found.

- All original tags must be attached
- Original packaging should be included where possible

Refunds
As soon as we’ve received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method. This includes the same credit or debit card used at checkout, unless you paid with a gift card or e-gift card — in that case, the refund will be issued to a new digital gift card.

- If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may decline the refund or issue partial credit.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

First, check your bank account or payment method again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank — it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted.
